TECHMIND International’s fees follow industry standards in respect to our recruitment fees.  Additional services such as the Labour Market Impact Assessment (“LMIA”) are included with no additional costs. Our clients are only responsible for the advertising charges associated with obtaining an LMIA. TECHMIND International charges a standard percentage rate of the person’s first year starting salary and offers a industry standard guarantee period.
